At Stephen Ministries, our mission is to equip people for ministry. We’re an independent, nonprofit Christian educational organization that develops and distributes books and videos, provides training, and offers consultation on Christian caregiving to individuals, congregations, and other organizations around the world. For over 45 years, we’ve offered high-quality resources that have equipped millions of people to care for those who are going through difficult times—and we are continuing to grow.
Stephen Ministries hires people, not positions—meaning that we don’t just look for people to fit preset roles, but work to identify each individual’s gifts, talents, and skills and build a position with them.
