The Production Assistant is one of three identical Central Staff Team positions at Northview Church, listed by Outreach Magazine as one of the fastest growing churches in the U.S. This position is a general production team member, with an audio emphasis. What we’re looking for is someone who is a really good (and experienced) sound person and general techie (lighting and video experience are a plus, but not required), who thinks that they would really thrive in a very fast-paced and excellence-oriented environment. Northview currently has 4 campuses (with more to come). The Production Assistant would rotate between the Central Campus and Regional Campuses, supporting production and coordinating seamlessly with the overall production policies, standards and style of the church. The candidate would report to Northview’s Production Director. Position is available ASAP.
