The Oasis church in McMinnville, TN. is looking for a part-time, possibly full time Youth Pastor. We are a "non-denominational" church. Basically meaning we are not a member of any association. It will take a special person to fill this position, not just a preacher, but someone who connects with the 13-25 year old genre. This position will include teaching Sunday morning and Wednesday night 13-19 yr. old classes. Also overseeing all other teaching positions involving the youth. These duties, as well as others, can be discussed during the interview. A theological/ seminary degree is not a must but credentials and references with current phone
