Job Summary:
The role of Social Media Specialist with NewLife Industries, Inc is to engage customers across all of our brands in a way that they are aware of the latest designs and campaigns in accordance to the company's principles. The goals of the position include: gaining maximum exposure through social media outreach, implementing an effective conversion strategy, and assessing results on a regular basis to measure ROI.
Primary Responsibilities:
The daily activities of the Social Media Specialist include:
* Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that will engage customers and encourage sales
* Curate relevant content to reach the company's ideal customers, based on each brand's goals and target audience
* Optimize visibility of pages within each platform to increase company's online content and exposure
* Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written)
* Monitor and respond to users on each platform, listening and interacting in a way that will generate leads
* Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
* Continuous improvement based on analyzing data/metrics and best practices
* Assess results of social media campaigns on a weekly basis and presenting results to management (ROI)
* Schedule work flow according to the company's marketing channels and strategies
Requirements for the Position:
* Proven working experience in social media or related field
* Excellent written, editing, presentation, and communication skills
* Adequate knowledge of design and layout for varying social media platforms (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
* Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
* Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
* Knowledge of media strategy and planning options and the media role in integrated communication
* Working knowledge of website design
* Fluency in English
* Experience with graphic design work is a plus, but is not required
