Adult Ministries Pastor
Grabill Missionary Church, Grabill, Indiana seeks a full-time Adult Ministries Pastor who will work with the adults ministries in this congregation of around 750 in weekly attendance.
This person will be a passionate leader who possesses strong teaching and communication skills, strong leadership and team building skills, and strong interpersonal relational skills. This person will have a solid working knowledge of current adult ministry philosophy and methodology. Other beneficial strengths would include solid administrative abilities.
This person will work under the direction of the Senior Pastor, and will work with the Staff, Elders and adult leadership teams in implementing ministries programs.
Primary Responsibilities Include; adult ministry leadership, teaching, administration, small groups, connection, assimilation, discipleship ministries, and leadership development for these ministries.
Experience: It is essential that this person possess experience in ministry leadership in a local church and community setting.
This is someone whose personal life demonstrates the Lordship of Christ, and an active and ongoing work of spiritual formation. If married, this person’s marriage relationship will also demonstrate the qualities of mature Christian character.
Compensation for this full-time position will include salary and a full range of benefits and will be based on qualifications and personal experience.
