Job Description:

Christian Emergency Relief Teams (CERT) International is recruiting for a Vice President (VP) of Operations. The opportunity to serve on the staff at CERT International is a sacred trust which must be carefully and diligently safeguarded. It is expected of all staff members that they conduct their work with a spirit of dedication, dependability, enthusiasm, and competence that truly honors the Lord. The VP position required an individual with pastoral experience and/or experience as a staff member of a mission organization. The individual will assist the president in planning, directing, supervising, and executing all aspects of CERT operations.

 

The VP must have the experience required to:

  • Plan, staff and lead short-term mission teams.
  • Expand and maintain donor bases.
  • Successfully research and prepare grant requests.
  • Represent CERT at medical/dental conferences, mission conferences and churches
  • Write News Letters and other documents.
