Full Time Youth Pastor
Lead, develop, and grow our Oasis Youth group in conjunction with the current pastoral staff.
Evangelism, discipleship and pastoral care are imperative in recognizing and evaluating where
we go from where we are. This opportunity must be filled by someone who has both the Calling
and Gifting.
Oasis Church is considered non-denominational. We believe the Gospel is as the apostle Paul said
simply to preach Christ and Him crucified. We believe that post salvation, every new born child of
God, has become our brother/sister that needs to be discipled. We also believe in the full operation
and administration of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and that they are to be carried out decently and orderly.
We believe in submission to authority-- every child of God has someone to be accountable to.
We must be about our Father's business.
This is not an all inclusive list of our basic beliefs, however, continuity with our Pastor and his staff is crucial to the development of this ministry.
This is to be a full time paid position with benefits. Time is of the essence,and we intend to set up
interviews as soon as possible.
