Job Description:

Residential Case Coordinator/Team Leader needed at Christian children’s home in Black Mountain, NC. Position requires: 4 year degree; excellent organizational skills, related social work/mental health experience and professional level writing and computer skills. Responsibilities include: Supervision and leadership of direct care staff as well as case management responsibilities. Overnights occasionally required for retreats and emergency coverage in houses. Begun by Presbyterian minister Robert Perry Smith in 1904 as Mountain Orphanage, the ministry now serves youth from birth through college graduation through family foster care, residential care, transitional living, and independent living. Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth & Families is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a public charity.
