We have an immediate opening for a full-time Children’s Ministry Director. Responsibilities include oversight of all ministry to children from nursery through the sixth grade. Current children’s ministries include Children’s Church, Sunday School and Wednesday night ministries. Administration and leading a large team of volunteers are also key components of this position. Three years of children’s ministry experience preferred.
Some general characteristics of a successful candidate would be: enthusiastic, passionate, creative, out-going, and entrepreneurial. He or she must exhibit organizational/administrative qualities and a demonstrated capacity to recruit, train, deploy, and retain volunteers in a variety of areas.
