Hi, my name is Tom Pauquette and it is my pleasure to serve as senior pastor of Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Grove City, Ohio (a subdivision of Columbus). I love Jesus with all my heart and I also love what He is doing in His Church and in the world. We have a staff of a dozen full and part time people and we feel led by the Lord to add one more full-time position to give leadership to our worship ministry, and to our high school youth ministry. We love to worship with energy and passion and we have been blessed with two very good volunteer worship leaders who have done a great job over the past several years. We have two solid worship bands who are dedicated to their ministries here. But we also believe the Lord is leading us to be open to invite someone to join our staff to bring fresh vision and leadership to our worship ministry. This person will be energetic and passionate about worship and will be both a worship leader and an equipper of others to lead in the various gatherings of our fellowship. They will also give loving care to the people who are part of the worship ministry. And…being a church of the somewhat "awkward" size of 700 or 800 people, our pastors have to wear more than one ministry hat (including myself). We would also love for this person to come and build a fresh team of volunteers to bring creative leadership and ministry to our high school students. They're a good bunch of kids who are responsive to Spirit-led and relationship-oriented leadership.
