Job Description:

Associate Attorney at a small, suburban, Baltimore law office concentrating in workers’ compensation law. A highly motivated, performance oriented, young attorney can earn a six digit income and equity interest in the law firm. Mandatory vocational testing on the Hagstrom Model for determining God-giftedness is critical to determining the right candidate. Must have a passion for pursuing religious liberty issues referred by the Alliance Defense Fund above and beyond the fifty hour work week. Candidate will be trained in litigating workers’ compensation appeals, but expected to have some experience or self-teach on Wills and Estates, Maryland negligence law, and federal bankruptcy. Opportunity to get great trial experience. $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 guaranteed draw, housing, vacation, Aflac, major holidays (extra on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter), generous profit-sharing plan, but no health insurance.
