Role Overview:

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will play a key role in ensuring that our patients, customers, and healthcare providers receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs. This is a remote, full-time position offering an opportunity to work from anywhere.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other customers via phone, email, or chat. Resolve issues promptly, providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in Teva’s product portfolio, including generic and specialty medications, to provide informed support and guidance.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to medication access, product orders, billing inquiries, or any other related issues.
  • Documentation: Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and patient services, to address customer needs and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback and suggestions on improving processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service or support experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Prior knowledge of Teva's products is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing software, and other digital tools. Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and remote work tools.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your time and responsibilities efficiently.
