To oversee the spiritual development of Living Hope’s overall Children’s Ministry that includes LH Kids, D6 (Wednesday Night Program) and Wee Care Early Center. This role will provide a safe and welcoming environment for children to build a strong spiritual foundation through a relationship with Jesus Christ and to help parents become the primary spiritual influence in their child’s life. The Children Ministries Leader will report to the Pastoral Team Leader. As the direct report for this position, they will collaborate on the vision and implementation of the LH Kids Program, including D6, and work closely with the Director of WeeCare Early Center ensuring continuity between all the children’s programs.
Living Hope is a Christ-centered, bible teaching church with a mission to engage our church, community, and world with the Living Hope of Jesus Christ. We are a suburban Philadelphia ministry located in Langhorne, PA, with a desire to authentically live out our faith in Christ by seeking to meet our community's physical and spiritual needs. We currently have an average Sunday morning attendance of 600. Living Hope operates Wee Care Early Learning Center a Keystone Four Star early learning center with an enrollment of approximately 170 children. Living Hope also operates a food pantry that serves the physical needs of approximately 200 families monthly. Living Hope employs approximately 50 PT/FT employees, including Wee Care staff.
